Internet Holiday Grief Support Groups

Holidays can be especially difficult for survivors.  For those who would like extra support during this time, we have created Holiday Support Groups in our international  Community Forum.

Those who sign up will receive weekly emails with support for surviving the holidays. Each group will be limited to approximately 10 people.  If you wish to be in a group with a special friend or someone with a similar loss, please let me know.  Each group will have access to their own private forum on the regular message board. Posts in the private forum will be visible only to members of the group. Once a group has begun, it will not be open to newcomers. The same people who begin the group will be together throughout. Along with private posting, this creates a special opportunity for intimacy and friendship between people who share a similar loss. Each private forum will contain “suggested holiday posting topics,”as well as a place to post whatever else comes up. Each group will be closely moderated by "veteran" survivors who are able to provide the extra support you might need.

Holiday Support Groups will last for 8 weeks, beginning in mid-November and ending mid-January.  There is a $36 administration fee to cover costs of this program.  See international currency conversions at bottom of this page.
